Do I need a website?

No. Your MotionBook page is your booking site: share its link on social media, Google or in messages. If you have a website, you can link to it — and soon embed the calendar directly.

Can clients cancel on their own?

Yes. Every confirmation email has a cancel link; the time becomes free again at once and you get a notice.

Why per business and not per user?

Because a growing team should not mean a growing bill. You pay one price for the business, whether one or ten people take bookings.

Which languages and currencies?

The booking page, the emails and the admin work in English, Romanian and Hungarian. You set your prices in any currency.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in the European Union, under GDPR. Client data is used only to manage the bookings, and you can export it at any time.

Can I run it on my own server?

Yes — MotionBook is also available as a boxed product installed on your own server, with your own domain and branding. Ask us for an offer.
